Food.

What is food?

This seems like a simple question. But take a look at the ingredients label on your favorite cereal, granola bar, or salad dressing. Can you pronounce them all? Are there chemicals or compounds in that "food" that you can't identify? The food industry has taken advantage of modern science to create products that resemble food but our bodies are basically unable utilize efficiently.

Prioritize real food.

Choose foods that grow from the ground and that are minimally processed. Choose high quality meats and diary. Choose high quality fats like coconut oil, butter, and olive oil. Minimize sugar and alcohol. Choose carbohydrates appropriate to your activity level and health concerns.
