I want to teach you the building blocks of a healthy and fulfilled
life; the nuts and bolts of wellness.
Step 1:
What is your goal?
Define your goal. Be realistic and be specific. And most
importantly, be honest.
Step 2:
How committed are you to attaining your goal?
How much time are you willing and/or able to commit to your
goal? This is not about how much time you’ll spend in the gym. I won’t ask you
to spend a crazy amount of hours in the gym, and in fact, we will try to find a
minimum amount of time that will allow, encourage, and maintain your goals.
This is about the choices you make every day. It’s about the food you eat, how
you handle stress, how much you sleep, and your attitude and overall outlook. I
believe that your health is a culmination of physical fitness, nutritional
fitness, mental wellness, social well being, and spiritual well being. In this way,
in order to be as healthy as you can it is vital to put work into every aspect
of your life.
